No, the Clore JNC660 does not have an air compressor built into the jump starter. You will want to purchase the JNCAIR unit if you want an air compressor/jump starter combo. And yes, this unit will jump start a 6.0 liter diesel truck as it provides 425 cranking amps. Just keep in mind that some users have reported that it was pushing the limits. For large diesel trucks the Clore JNC950 is recommended for best performance.
