Can this be used over a semi-flexible substrate, that expands and contracts?
I am painting a 18" diameter HDPE sphere. I am starting with a plasic adhesion promoter, a solvent based primer, a water-based exterior polyurethane alkyd enamel. I want a clear top coat that can withstand handling, all weather, and UV. Does this spraymax 2K work for this application?
