Yes, the GreenTec GTB420 Universal Basecoat binder can be used with various solvent basecoat toners with the addition of reducer to produce a sprayable basecoat mix. As an example, Mix one (1) part mixed color (in your case pearl and candy paint) to one (1) part GTB420 Basecoat Binder. Then add in reducer according to the basecoat recommendations. Use compliant reducers to maintain VOC of less than 420 grams per liter. Keep in mind that your colors may require different ratios of binder and reducer so always refer to the TDS sheets for clarity.
