No, the Kean-Strip EAR2000 Professional Grade Paint Stripper will not work well on concrete surfaces. This product is designed for use on automotive surfaces only, metal, aluminum, and rigid plastic surfaces. You can find out more information by reviewing the Kean-Strip EAR2000 Technical Datasheet. Kean-strip does make a product specifically for removal of epoxies on concrete, it is the Kean-Strip Concrete Stripper GKCS350.
