No, a microfiber cloth should not be used as a replacement for a Crystal® Premium® PREM-A Tack Cloth. The microfiber does not remove and trap debris, dust, and dirt as effectively as a tack cloth, and can actually introduce more lint from the microfiber material it is made of. A tack cloth, like the Crystal® Premium® PREM-A Tack Cloth, is sticky so it holds onto any dirt or dust that it comes into contact with, which cannot be said about a microfiber cloth.
