Yes, the High Teck 1K sealer can be used over the 77424 DTM primer. Just be sure to follow the datasheet on the DTM primer for topcoat times. You can either topcoat without sanding in about 30 minutes after spraying or topcoat after sanding (60 to 90 minutes dry time to sand). As far as sanding the 1K sealer, the answer is no. The 1K sealer is thinned and is meant to be used as a sealer only, which is low build. You will most likely sand through the 1K sealer if you try. The best option would be to apply DTM primer, sand that to a smooth finish, then apply the 1K sealer, then go right to topcoat.
