According to POR-15, one quart of POR-15 covers approximately 100 square feet of metal with 1 coat. 2 coats minimum are recommended. However, coverage can vary depending on the surface texture and application method. For porous surfaces like wood & concrete, coverage will be about 20%-25% less.
