Unfortunately, the High Teck 7720 Medium Speed/Temp Urethane Reducer, which is a medium urethane reducer, is categorized as a National Rule VOC and is not available for purchase in California and other areas with VOC restrictions. When selecting a medium reducer like this, it's critical to consider the product's VOC content. A product that complies with VOC regulations, suitable for use in California and other areas with VOC restrictions, usually has a VOC content of 2.1 lbs/gal or lower. However, in areas without such restrictions, high teck products with a VOC content of 4.0 lbs/gal or more, like the National Rule VOC products, can be used.
